Delete your SaltRiders account

Last updated: August 2026

SaltRiders is developed and operated by Cogvera Labs Pty Ltd. You can delete your SaltRiders account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no grace period and no way for us to undo it afterwards.

Delete it from the app

Open SaltRiders, go to Settings, scroll to “Your data”, and choose “Delete account”. You will be asked to retype your handle to confirm; the server checks it again before anything is removed. You are signed out as soon as it completes.

If you would like a copy of your data first, “Export my data” sits directly above it and sends you the full record we hold. Once the account is gone we cannot produce an export.

If you cannot delete it yourself

Email support@saltriders.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you before we act, and we aim to complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. If you signed in with Apple and used Hide My Email, write from the private relay address Apple shows you in Settings → Sign in with Apple, or tell us the handle on the account.

Write to us the same way if the app tells you the deletion did not go through. It will say so rather than pretend otherwise — some accounts have records attached to them that we have to detach by hand first, and coaching accounts with lessons still on the books are the usual reason.

What is deleted

What is kept, and why

A small number of records survive so that other members are not harmed by your deletion. Where a record survives, your identity is severed from it.
